A conditional agreement has been signed for the sale of ACM Holdings Ltd (ACM) to Evergreen NZ Holdings (trading as Armourguard,) subject to authorisation by the New Zealand Commerce Commission (NZCC), which will result in Armourguard owning 100% of ACM.
